10X Naturals Upcoming Show

Competing in the 2023 Emerald Cup was an experience I will never forget. While I came in 9th place, I'm glad I took a leap of faith and witnessed where my passion for fitness took me. Not only was I nervous; however, I learned a lot about myself. After competing in their first show, some continue their journey in bodybuilding while others stop. In other words, bodybuilding is not for everyone. It's a challenging sport. You're putting your body through a lot of tension and stress. Your goal is sculpting your body. You're attempting to create a masterpiece or art presentation with your body. This is a challenging attempt. Once again, you're putting yourself in uncomfortable scenarios; nevertheless, if performed correctly, the aftermath will be remarkable.

This was my lesson and comprehension concerning my experience with the 2023 Emerald Cup. Nonetheless, this unforgettable experience motivated me to continue my journey in bodybuilding. I'm going for another show, but not in the US. This time, it's going to be in England! 10x Naturals is where I will compete against other natural bodybuilders. While I am a natural lifter/bodybuilder, the divisions I will compete in are Men's Physique & Men's Classic Physique. The pressure and work are more intense & demanding. What do I mean by this? My diet and training have been adjusted. I have to train harder and push my limits like never before. Can I do it? Of course! I never backed down from a challenge, so why should I stop now?

As stated earlier, my training is different. I used to train 3x-4x weekly, but since I have to be in top condition, I increased my workout sessions to five workouts a week. I looked for other ways to take my body to another level while learning other training alternatives. Once I found what I was looking for, I had to re-evaluate my sessions but still use what I teach in my training programs. In other words, I do an upper body, lower body, push, pull, and leg method. While the research proves this is a fantastic option for those seeking to enhance their physique, the results have been incredible. My strength and body have increased. Not only did I put on eight pounds of muscle within three months; nevertheless, I've managed to put on more than thirty pounds in almost all of my compound movements.

It's challenging for natural lifters/bodybuilders to reach this goal, but one must be patient. We have to trust the process and train smart if we want to see results. Do I have a coach? No. Nor do I have someone helping me with my poses & presentation. It's a challenging goal, but if I competed in the Emerald Cup, I'm confident I can become successful at 10x Naturals. While my prep begins in August, my goal is to be in the top five. Once again, this is a challenging attempt due to the other competing competitors, but if I got placed into the top ten at the Emerald Cup, which was my goal, I believe I can reach this position. With that said, let's continue working and grinding! Natural Bodybuilder all the way!
