This isn’t a copy-paste PDF or a trendy routine from social media. My coaching is tailored to your goals, training background, lifestyle, and recovery needs. You’ll receive a clear, progressive plan with weekly adjustments, performance tracking, and, with the 1-on-1 package, direct access to me for feedback and accountability.
If you follow the program consistently and don’t see measurable changes, you’re covered by a results-backed guarantee. I take your progress seriously. I provide the structure, education, and coaching, but you must do your part with discipline and execution. This isn’t a shortcut; it’s a system that works when you do.
Everyone progresses differently. Many clients start seeing strength increases and visual changes within the first 4–6 weeks. But progress depends on your effort, consistency, and adherence to the plan. I’ll guide your training, nutrition, and cardio, you bring the work ethic. This is a long-term, results-driven approach, not a quick fix.
That depends on your goal. For general muscle building or recomposition, we’ll create a structured but flexible plan that aligns with your lifestyle, whether that’s tracking macros or following consistent meal guidelines.
However, if you’re preparing for a bodybuilding show, a strict, trackable meal plan will be required. We’ll work together to build that plan based on your food preferences, eating habits, and routine, so it’s both effective and sustainable. This allows me to track precise data and make key adjustments throughout your prep, especially during critical phases like peak week and show day. Structure equals success, and at the competitive level, every variable matters.
A gym membership is required. While some home gyms are decent, most don’t offer the variety of equipment needed for proper progression, overload, and physique development. To ensure accurate tracking and optimal results, you’ll need access to a full gym.
Both coaching options are delivered through my private app and designed to support serious muscle growth. The difference lies in how personalized and hands-on the experience is:
We start with a direct consultation so I can understand your goals, training history, lifestyle, and nutrition habits. From there, I design a custom training, nutrition, and cardio plan built around you, whether you're preparing for a show or aiming for a serious transformation. You’ll get weekly check-ins, direct access to me, regular adjustments, and full accountability.
This option provides structured, high-quality programming without full coaching support. You’ll access a proven training plan through the app, great if you want guidance but aren’t ready for the full commitment of 1-on-1 coaching. This option does not include custom nutrition, cardio, weekly check-ins, or direct messaging with me.
