2023 IS HERE!!!
For starters, Happy New Year! While I can imagine 2022 was full of great memories, I want to help you make 2023 better! However, if 2022 wasn't your best year, I want to encourage you and declare this will be your best year! As you already know, MPM Fitness launched last summer of 2022. While this was an amazing and well-fought goal, it's time to take an extra step further; however, we'll talk more about that later. Nevertheless, I'm certain you have a lot of goals you want to accomplish this year. Not only am I confident you'll achieve them, but I wonder if getting into better shape is one of your 2023 resolutions.
If one of your goals is to get physically healthy, I want to say that's one of my favorite resolutions anyone can mention. Why is that? Here's the thing. Getting in physical shape can be challenging. Not only with the training sessions; however, with your diet, but I like to remove the word "diet" from my dictionary because it makes the resolution/goal look ugly. In other words, once you know what to do and how to do it, the goal becomes a lot easier; nonetheless, sometimes we need a helping hand. Whenever people don't get help, their resolutions become delayed till the following year or never become accomplished. While this is a sad truth, I see this a lot annually.
MY GOALS FOR MYSELF & FOR MPM FITNESS
On the other hand, as I mentioned earlier, I want 2023 to be your best year! I will be joining you as well if that is one of your goals. For better clarification, I will be taking MPM Fitness to the National Physique Committee. Yes, I will compete in the three months in the US within the Men's Physique Division. While this is a big step, this has been one of my goals for the past two years. Not only have I already begun my training and diet plan, but I also want to encourage you through this show that you and I can achieve anything, no matter how big or small the goal is. Did I get a coach or nutritionist to help me prepare for my first competition? No. Instead, I am relying on my new program (coming in May), but I will say it is similar to my other programs.
The only difference is that I will be training four days out of the week instead of three, but the methods I use are the same, except for one. Once again, you will see the entire program in May, but this new program will help me lean down for the show. In other words, my goal is to get into my best shape in 2023 and I am starting it now. How is my goal similar to yours (assuming you're attempting to get into shape)? As mentioned earlier, if one of your goals is to get into incredible shape, I will be joining you because I'm doing the same thing. However, it can be challenging not knowing what to do without some guidance. Am I correct?
ARE YOU TRYING TO GET INTO SHAPE THIS YEAR?
My programs can and will help you lean down and put on muscle naturally within 3-6 months (if followed correctly). However, it is up to you to decide if you want it or not. I've done my programs and I know they work. I use science/research to create my programs. If it's not scientifically backed up, it ain't going anywhere, but as previously mentioned, you can rely on them. Many people come up to me and see me lifting 95lbs dumbbells, benching 200lbs on the incline bench press, deadlifting 355lbs, and doing 115lbs weighted chin-ups. Not only do they ask me how I do this, but I share with them what I've learned and mastered throughout these past few years. While they never heard of the training protocols I discuss in my programs, they are getting stronger when trying them and making healthier choices, and to me, that's the most important part.
2023 IS YOUR YEAR
I don't want you to delay your goals. Nor do I want you to avoid them. Instead, I want to help you achieve greatness. In other words, the next time you see your friends, go to the beach, bump into your ex, or attend a party/family event, people will look at you with complete amazement. Having them look at you in a good way while giving you several compliments never fails. Trust me, I would know because I get a lot of them whenever I'm at the gym or in public, but once again, I want people to compliment you and your newly defined, well-sculpted physique. If you're tired of feeling physically and emotionally low, I encourage you to take on a challenge and invest in yourself this year. I challenge you to get stronger, leaner, and healthier. Need help with that? My programs are designed to help you achieve your goals. It doesn't matter if you have a gym membership or want to lean down or put on muscle, I can help you with your goals based on what you have. If you're up to the challenge, I encourage you to get your program today and finish 2023 with a bang. What do you think? Are you going to finish 2023 healthier than ever before or will you keep delaying your fitness goals?
