From General Coach to Focused Specialist: Why I Chose This Path
For the first three years of my coaching career, I worked with just about anyone. Weight loss clients, general fitness goals, lifestyle clients, and even people who just wanted to “tone up.” I gave my best to each one, but deep down, I knew I was holding back on what I was really called to do.
It took time, but eventually, I had to face the truth: I wasn’t fully aligned with my gift, my passion, or my potential. I was saying “yes” to too many things that didn’t fire me up, and that meant I couldn’t go all-in on the lifters who truly matched my vision... the ones who live and breathe this lifestyle, who take pride in training, who want to build something that lasts.
So I made a decision to stop trying to serve everyone and start showing up fully for the lifters I’m most equipped to help.
I said no to comfort, and yes to calling.
No to diluted coaching, and yes to specialization.
No to chasing clout, and yes to chasing results.
Because this is more than a job to me. Coaching serious lifters is what I was built for. It’s where my knowledge, experience, and passion collide. And when I aligned my business with that truth, everything changed. For me, and more importantly, for my clients.
